English version at the end of this post

Material:
- Eier vom lokalen Bauer
- Kreppband
- Acrylfarbe in Weiß
- Pinsel
- Goldtattoos
- Eieraufhänger
- Lederschnur
- naturbelassene Federn
- Endkappen für Lederschnüre
- Spaltringe
- Schmuckzangen
- Alleskleber
- Klarlack
- Schwamm
- Wasser

[Advertisement – without assignment] Today I will show you how to create very stylish Easter eggs. The idea to embellish eggs with temporary gold tattoos I honestly already had years ago, because the trend of gold tattoos is already some years old. When I saw the pictures of beautiful women (on the beach) in flowing robes, all covered with gold jewellery and from top to bottom with these tattoos, I really wanted to use the tattoos for the decoration of other things. I always wanted Easter eggs that looked like the upper arm of Paris Hilton after a Coachella festival! But I didn’t know if that was possible and didn’t care about it (but I ordered the tattoos right away). And indeed, there were soon some DIY bloggers who realized my vision and published instructions for Easter eggs with these tattoos. Well well, I thought, then I don’t have to do that anymore. BUT, these easter eggs never went out of my head. So this year I searched for my 5 materials to finally put them into practice, against the trend, because since last year Easter eggs are mainly decorated with the one line technique. But I don’t care about trends:) my Easter eggs got not only the hippie-esque gold tattoo but also an acrylic paint and a decoration with feathers. And I like them so much my new Easter eggs! Now I just need an Easter bouquet so I can hang them up, probably takes another 5 years until I have THAT one!
Material:
- Eggs from the local farmer
- masking tape
- acrylic paint in white
- brush
- temporary gold tattoo sticker
- egg hanger
- leather cord
- natural feathers
- end caps for leather cords
- split rings
- jewellery pliers
- all-purpose glue
- clear spray paint
- sponge
- water
First, blow out the eggs and wash them out. Cover part of the egg with masking tape, paint the free part with white acrylic paint, several times if necessary. Cut out the gold tattoos, remove the protective paper, place it on the spot where you want to apply it and press it on with a damp sponge. Carefully loosen the backing paper to see if it sticks. Fix the feathers with end caps, as I have already explained here. Insert the split rings into the end caps. Seal the eggs with clear spray paint. Cut the leather cords in the desired length, insert the egg hangers into the eggs and knot the leather cords together with the feathers to the eggs. Finished.
The technique with the gold tattoos is actually very simple, 9 out of 10 tattoos worked for me. The smaller the tattoos are the easier they are to transfer.
And what do you make for Easter?
